This looks awesome! Glad to see this project alive! How far in development are you?

    xyz
    yes

ive decided too not make my dream game with a big storyline and such

im trying too keep things simple, just make it a fun traversing shooting experience. but i want to avoid a brainless zombie shooter

ill post my sketches of enemies soon.

      Tomcat tnx

i made a single crate model and then a seperated pieces broken crate model. and then an area 3d wich applys force when breakingand instantiating the brokenmodel.
      pretty easy really

        Tomcat no
its not dynamic , they are precut models
1 for the crate , 5or so for the split up crate in blender

DJMaesen its not dynamic , they are precut models

It's not dynamic there either. Slicing is done in Blender and imported into the engine.

            Smart choice 🙂

I guess the best way to avoid brainless zombies would be to design some atypical enemy behaviors.

DJMaesen looks great! It reminds me of supernatural shooters like blood and clive barker's undying. Will there be some kind of magic or just guns? the assets on an earlier video appear almost medieval.

Jesusemora yes blood is a big inspiration
and the setting is somewhat fantasy medieval.
im not sure about magic for the player to control.

What is normord? Is it a past game just on different engine or is it a new IP?

kuligs2 its the name of the project i started in godot a year ago but then stopped working on it since my collaborator left.
this was the last WIP video i posted

kuligs2 the footsteps are foley's selfmade, the rest is all samples i edited in a DAW to fit .

DJMaesen Can you list the software you used for your project? 3D modeling, SFX, icon creation, any other? Just curious what tools people use outside godot itself.
