(caution: maybe bad english ahead)
my testing device is an old Samsung S7 edge. I want to the game run also on older devices so i use this model to get a wide audience. The Problem is the that the UV's for Textures only works in compatibility mode renderer and ist completly ignored with the mobile renderer. Also there is a huge performance boost with the compatibility. With the mobile renderer i lost about 15 - 20 frames. Also some shader stuff is not working. I think cause opengl handles shader stuff in another way. So my water shader including depth fading is a mess now 😃
Have somebody any experience with this stuff? Maybe boost the performance or get the UV's work on mobile renderer? Or maybe a tip to convert the shader to work on opengl?
