I am trying to blend two textures together.

It works great except that at the edge of the mesh, there is a tiny seam that i just can't fix

I've tried offsetting the UV but then i have the dirt texture on the left (where rock and dirt texture are blended)
Both textures are 1024x1024, mask is also the same size.

EDIT:
There is also a seam at the other edge of the mesh:

Is the seam still visible if you only show one of the rectangles? i.e. is the seam part of one of the rectangles, or only present when trying to blend both rectangles?

    I don't see it.
have you set the textures to high quality in import?

maybe it's because you are using a triplanar mapping and a mask that goes from white to black, so when the triplanar intersects all the textures you get a part that gets cut.
don't use a mask, or set up a custom shader. this won't work otherwise.

Haystack It's still visible with only one rectangle

Jesusemora Setting high quality in import did not help, nothing changed. I've changed masks to going from black to white but it did not help either

xyz turning off triplanar and world triplanar did not help, nothing changed

I've disabled mipmap generation and fix alpha border on masks and it did help a bit, the seams are now almost unnoticeable, but are still there.

It looks like the seam where the detail texture is, that seam is the original texture and the seam at the other end (where main texture is) is the detail texture

masmix try viewving not in editor but in game? how does it look like in game?

          masmix I'm sorry, I'm a millennial who grew up with cod1 and half-life, I don't see s**t.
please take a big red marker and make a giant circle around the artifact.

anyways, don't waste time with details like these unless they are very blatant, no one ever notices when a texture gets cut at the seams. I understand how you feel, I also waste time trying to get everything to be perfect, but you could be doing something else instead, like modelling, finishing another level or making another animation.

😆 You're right I'm gonna leave it because it's really barely noticeable when zoomed in, if it's ever a problem I'll try resolving it then. Thank you all for your time.

masmix brugh, in the gif at those red lines, i see just 1 px fluctuating ... so idk.. maybe give bigger resolution or something
