im working on a 3d game and i want to make everything in he game full bright, but i do not know how.
how do i make everything full bright?
A direction light kind of does it, or add a world environment and choose sky for the background.

I don't understand what exactly you want to do.
Do you want the screen to become bright, like a flashbang effect?
Or the whole scene and its object bright?
There are a couple of things you can do in your world environment for the latter:
Background- > Energy Multiplier
Ambient Light -> Color (set to something that is not black) + Energy
Tonemap -> Exposure
Let's you make things bright (and ugly in my case )
