I have 10 atlas in this Tileset, 6 Custom Data Layer , 1 Terrain set with 6 terrain , 4 Tile Layer
Y sort are enable and texture filter is nearest
and other are default

This issue is because godot itself or my project setting?

I try create new Tileset , it is working ok , I think it because have many atlas in one Tilemap node?

    it is because I have too many Tile , I try to delete some Tile That I not use it , and try to change type of custom data again
    so it work fine now

    This is because I have too much Tile, but if my game is scale up and use many number of tile, I must use higher spec PC?
    or this is just engine issue? because I am monitoring process resource while I change datatype it not much load

Now I found it
