TwistedTwigleg How about “beginner question” and/or “new to Godot” as tags? Also: @Gowydot’s reply made me realize a couple additional tags we should add: “Godot 3” and “Godot 4”. 👍
Megalomaniak Tomcat Perhaps the "Neophyte" tag would be more appropriate. But seriously I have to wonder if everyone would recognize it as easily as 'novice'.
cybereality I think "New to Godot" is better. As that would include beginners and also people switching from other engines.
Megalomaniak Added Alpha, Beta and Stable tags, so you can use them in combination with the Godot version tags to further indicate what version you are using. Or use them to indicate the status of your own project. 😎
Megalomaniak I think that would still be beta, though if there's enough interest I suppose it could also be added as it's own tag.
TwistedTwigleg Gowydot When you make a new post you can add tags to it. Primary tags are like categories and secondary are like tags in Vanilla. I can post some screenshots tomorrow if it would help. 🙂
Gowydot TwistedTwigleg Yes please. I only see "Title" and "Write a post" and text editor icons in the Box
cybereality You have to click the "choose tags" button on the top left. Unless I only see that cause I'm a moderator?
Gowydot Oh, I will get choose tag button if I'm not on any category. But If I'm at, say, Godot help then ask a question I won't have that button to add more tag.
cybereality Yes you can. You have to click the green "Godot Help" button (same location as my image).
Megalomaniak cybereality Yes you can. You have to click the green "Godot Help" button (same location as my image). Yep, or to put it in other words, when starting a new topic from a "category" said "category" will be automatically added as a tag, to add further tags click on the tag already assigned to the topic you are creating.
DaveTheCoder Are the labels for the yellow tags hard to see for everyone, or is it just on my monitor? The "Paid" and "Beta" labels are difficult to see on the white background.
TwistedTwigleg I use the dark background, but I can see that being hard to read. I'll change it to something a little darker 👍️ Edit: Now it should be a little darker and more easily readable with the light background 🙂
