Hi and welcome,
to start, the official tutorials are a great idea.
GDQuest have also a very great GDScript introduction course.
Finally, game dev is pretty much as tough as web dev so a great skill to learn is how to find relevant and useful information and the good tutorials among tons available (because many people just follow a tutorial or two and believe they're qualified enough to make one themselves, which are usually useless as they show a nice working use case and don't know at all all possible issue which may occur, so it's likely to doesn't work when you try it yourself.)
Nowadays we have ai chat bots. Here's what I'd do, especially since you're familiar with software dev:
- get an idea for a tiny game that will keep your interest
- ask chatgtp to divide the project up into small segments
- Find quality tutorials on how that certain thing is done.
- Edited
Thanks for the great answer!
i like gdscript. i hate c# and c++
I looked and watched the godot videos, but most tutorial is 2D games but my goal is to make it AAA games 3D, top down souls like dungeon game.
How can i make a better graphics like another engine?

What engine have you made your AAA games on? Do you have any posters?
....with enough money anything is possible....
elite You can learn some 3D basics from my old tutorial for Godot 4. But it was never meant for AAA games.
