DaveTheCoder Didn't your country became a freedom-loving democracy in 1991?

If the question is not deleted soon, I will assume it is not outside the forum rules (despite the obviousness) and will of course answer it. I've been meaning to say something about this for a long time.

You could make it sound like you're discussing a Godot game. 😉

Well, actually, the game I'm making is supposed to be a game about politics. In the long run. Perhaps not immediately. But the answer to this particular question, I assume no one will like it. So I'm going to wait a little longer.

My finished-but-unpublished game is very much about politics, but that's cleverly disguised.

JusTiCe8 For now it's more 2 cats talking to each other

Problematic, because this is a dog oriented thread.

i thought its about bread rolls and stuff

xyz Problematic, because this is a dog oriented thread.

The dog is the same tri-color (Calico) as my cat. From a distance, the difference is hardly noticeable.

Tomcat And truth be told, beagles are almost as stubborn as cats.

Yeah, black-white-apricot calico is a very pleasing color combination, especially combined with fur or feathers texture. Too bad budgies didn't develop this color mutation. That would be awesome.

You could post this game here and we could have a disguised conversation about politics in a thread about this game.

Maybe, but I suspect that the game's disguised political theme is different than the one you're (not) talking about.

              DaveTheCoder game's disguised political theme

Actually, that could be an interesting concept for a game jam. 😎

Well, I'm really interested in what people mean by “politics” or “politics-themed game” and how it's made, what solutions are implemented. I assume others, would also be interested to see your game.

And I don't like jams. I had to make tough decisions in the zeitnot of time. So in times of peace, I really appreciate the opportunity for relaxed reflection.

If I explain how my game has a disguised political theme, then it would no longer be disguised.

What's the point of explaining? It's enough to share.

Okay, I may do that. Or I may not. 🐊
