I've started beta-testing 4.2. One of the nice little additions is optional support for the basic Blender move/rotate/scale keyboard shortcuts. (For older Godot versions there's an addon.)

To enable:
Editor > Settings > Shortcuts
search for Begin...
assign Begin Rotate, Scale, Translate to R, S, G
