is there a setting to make the viewport navigation zoom to mouse position when scrolled?
right now i find it hard to navigate thru large scenes, i hope i am missing something

    DJM There's "focus to selection" (hotkey F), that puts the camera target at the selection pivot. Then you can manually zoom in/out. I didn't manage to find anything in editor settings that'd let it automatically zoom on it too.

      xyz no there is no editor viewport settings. ive looked too
      ive been using the "F" like u say, but it is so unhandy to work imo. zooming to mouse and orbiting around mouse is much more intuitive.

        DJM The meaning of "zooming/orbiting around mouse" is not precisely defined, because mouse position projects into infinite number of points in 3d. You'd probably want to zoom/orbit around the ground point hit by the mouse... or point on a mesh. I agree this would be nice to have as an option. Maybe even deserves a feature request.
