Here is a new project I have been working on. My plan is an action MMO with 50 vs 50 PVE and PVP game. It will be a challenge, but I hoping it can work with 56k modems, and low end hardware. I will try to make it for 56k modems. So far it looks like it might work. The server would be higher data rate of course. Just the client could use 56k modem. So far it looks like input data is around 15k bytes. With output much lower.

The models and artwork will be creative commons license. The source code would be GPL license.

I think I will turn the project from action, into turn based game. Something like seen in atlantis.

What's with the 56k modem part? Sounds like the 56k part is the design element you're the most certain of =D

Thinking about the design, I have new idea for it's game dynamics. Right now I am studying animation on udemy, hopefully I can get those done right and it will start to work better.

Because of the new design, I think I will be back at action rpg.
