Yeah, the user had not replied to the previous thread they posted, even when asked for more information. The user also posted the same question multiple times, which is spam (though I addressed that in the linked topic).
The user did put a reaction on the post, even if they did not reply, so they are at least aware that there are replies. However, reactions alone do not answer questions or help provide clarification, which is what the question was asking for, so there is that.
I think if @"h4uhcom Kabbalah" clarifies what this is for and the clarification makes this topic suitable for the forums, then we should leave it. Otherwise, I'm inclined to say it is spam and should be removed.
