You can get the latest stable version of Godot by visiting the main website, click on the link "Godot Official" at the top right of this page, near the link to the Docs and the Donate pages of the engine.

However, if you want the latest and greatest build, you can download the binaries from one of the links below! Bear in mind that these are 3rd party sources. If you choose to download and use them, you are doing so at your own discretion. You can always, of course, compile the source code yourself, it's up to you.

Links: Maintained by Godot Dev Calinou, includes Linux AppImages, feedback here. hugo.pro/projects/godot-builds/

Build by ifiregames, recommended to be used through itch.io app for automatic updates: ifiregames.itch.io/stern-flowers-chibifire-com-godot-engine

Tuxfamily.org: downloads.tuxfamily.org/godotengine/

User @hiulit has some RasPi builds on his github: https://github.com/hiulit/Unofficial-Godot-Engine-Raspberry-Pi

If anyone knows of any extra sources, please reply below, let's keep this list updated.

It's a shame all of these are built from trunk - no dev branch builds. :( Would be great to have more testers I suspect. Then again those branches might be still a bit too unstable for all I know.

Does anyone know if the new 2.1.1 stable includes the new multiplayer api ?

I was happy to see sites which (sometimes) feature nightly builds. But sad that the only one (fixnum) which offered builds from the last days didn't include the export templates due to compile errors.

I had an error with x86 android which was presumably fixed on April 5th. So such a nightly build would've been helpful.

Maybe it would be more helpful to offer some ready-to-use build environment in i.e. a VirtualBox image.

thanks for sharing. This is exactly what i've long been looking for. Though the last one doesn't include export templates :(

I am unable to import on any of these builds, is this a known bug?...or known in general and not implemented?

Are there available builds that include Mono integration? I managed to build godot with mono but it's proving a bit challenging to build cross platform export templates so I wanted to know if there are available templates already.

I think the list needs a rework.

----The link to the site run by Purpleorangegames is a 404 ----Downloads.tuxfamily leads to a basic list with no information regarding the build date or links to download the required templates ----Fixnum's latest builds are pretty old ----Digitechnology's build list does not seem to be keeping up to date with the commits on Github.

The one site that now has up to date builds (with templates to match) is godot.hugo.pro (it looks like Calinou overhauled the page recently, as his latest builds were also far out of date as of a week or so ago).

Before I fiddle with building it myself, does anyone know of nightly builds that include mono?

No, you will need to build it yourself.

Thanks. Ended up being a lot easier than I thought.

Will be there a nightly release for Linux 32 bit ? Cuz iam using Linux 32 bit

Is there anything about your machine that would prevent you from installing 64 bit Linux (which should be just as free and Open Source as the 32 bit version)? Every CPU from the last 10 years should support it.

Please fix the first post, some links are not working, it would need some update where to find latest 3.1 builds.

MagicLord; Calinou has a buildbot that pumps out copies with the latest commits once a day, between 9 and 10 PM in my part of the world (Central Timezone).

It's the only active source for Nightlies right now.

That's the same hugo link in the OP?

That is the same link (first one).

Good then I won't have to change or chase down that one. What about that digitecnology link? That work for anybody? Otherwise I'll remove that one.

It is not working for me, my browser just gets stuck trying to connect before timing out.
