Tomcat like the xyz said, video can capture hat OP sees, the OP explained that the text is blurry not jittery, the video is low refreshrate in comparison to the original source.. in order to see what he saw on out end the video refresh rate should have been twice as that of the source.. this way you would be able to capture the overlaping harmonics of the jitter if that the case..
Well i dont think its premature, i mean if your starting experience is this, that you try to make something but it makes no sense and not the way you assume the result gon be, then its very discouraging to continue.. when you know how things work and know highs and lows, you know what you work with.. when you just starting off this is the thing that makes or breaks your efforts..
Either way, there is plenty of things to try out.. we will soon find out or not from OP himself.
