kuligs2 Thx for the reply, but i am in no way qualified to look into source codes and fix anything, i can barely wrap my ears around GDscript and doing things correctly.
I upgraded to Godot 4.4, deleted the nav meshes and rebaked, no luck, same problems.
I'm back to 4.1. I packed the game for Windows and it runs fine with the error unfixed and the AI seems to be ok, so im just going to ignore it and focus on finishing the game.
