There is an easy way to make blip blop music for video games with this site: Chrome Music Lab
It is good for beginners and intermediates and pros (Though I would think they would not need to use it, since they would have cool equipment). Of course, I turned it into a science, by making little tracks, adding on successively and putting them together in Audacity.
Any way, I think this is a cool tool.
