im looking for a capable coder fro my fps project .
pm me with your skills if you are interested

Maybe share a bit more information about the game (perhaps some screenshots, videos, and links to your project, etc.).

There's a chance that some people seeing this haven't been exposed to your project.

Also, let people know about the condition of the role, if it's paid, rev-shared, or something else. Just to set people's expectations.

I have identified the problem and come up with a workable solution for you.
you need someone to tell you it's done.
it's done, upload it to steam.
my revenue cut is 75% ah but with out my advice just now you would have been working on the game forever, and made $0.
you are going push back and say it's not done it needs enemies it's not playable.
NO. enemies come on first update patch, depending on how much it sells.
for now it is maze game like portal, but with guns.
or if you want to release on cyberpunk time scales it's a pvp game the other players can be the enemies.

honestly great work dude. you should put up what you want help with coding stuff that's easy could be done for you for free, then you only need to hire on the stuff that will take actual work to do, and you will have a idea of what you need and how much it will cost.

but if this is not your game yet just what you want your game to look like the list I made will help you have a idea all that's involve.

    Hi DJMaesen,

I have over a decade of experience in C# with Unity, but I switched to Godot.Net (C#) a year ago, and love it.
Your project and art skills are amazing.
I enjoy boomer shooter games (Doom, Serious Sam, Painkiller, etc...), I tried to do such a game in Godot but I am a horrible artist. Your project on the art level is very advanced, beautiful, and well done.

I am open to collaboration on your project. I tried to send you a private message here but did not manage to do so. If you want, here is my Discord name so we can communicate there:

    Kind regards.

AlexanderGodot all u listed is true, but that doesnt make a game imo
who would want to walk around a level and just shoot crates?
my goal is to have one demolevel finished and polished before i upload to steam

just my 2 cents... but with inflation it may be more*

i think a lot of fine art starts as a "hobby project".... but WOW... this is very cool... very good look... and seemingly well on its way to a master piece. it has a very strong "vibe/immersion" already.

i personally agree that you don't really need to add much for this to be a great example of what you are bringing with this game(plan to).

i would suspect you would have luck finding some help/funding if you get your game to that "demo" level and put it out there somewhere (Kickstarter etc (i have zero experience))

may be a way to bridge from a hobby project into something "else". you obviously have a lot of passion in this project.

"shoot for the stars.... and you may hit the tree tops.... shoot for the tree tops... and you may not get off the ground", saying from one of the most successful people i have ever met*

may not need many/any enemies to properly show off your direction... just a "race" to avoid a "gas cloud" (or something)... breaking objects to learn controls and advance.

GOOD LUCK!!! hopefully this turns into one of those awesome GODOT success stories!!!! I/we are rooting for you!!!!

neckkeys Hey, you should be able to send DMs now. You need to be a verified member to send DMs, and I just verified you.
