SnapCracklins Thinking of submitting my horror game to the showreel and I've been trying to use OBS Studio but all the videos come out looking like ass. Any with tips or other freeware to recommend?
Tomcat SnapCracklins Any with tips or other freeware to recommend? What OS? VirtualDub is a video capture/processing utility for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows platforms VirtualDub VirtualDub2 I use Shotcut.
el_malo windows has the xbox screen recording tool (I don't know the exact name, I only know that it is activated with WIN+G), it works for me but of course I am not demanding at all.
SnapCracklins el_malo I DID start using that Snipping Tool for Godot screenshots, just because getting a screenshot in 3.5 is so complicated comparatively. I didn't know about the Xbox app though.
SnapCracklins Tomcat Windows though I have been using Linux Mint also lately. I forgot about Shotcut! I'll have to try that. Haven't got to use VirtualDub yet. Thanks for the recommends!
kuligs2 Have you tried this? https://docs.godotengine.org/en/stable/tutorials/animation/creating_movies.html On binbows, there is great tool, shame its not on GNU linux - ShareX https://getsharex.com/ (in russian - baloon) I think you can set the capture framerate manually, settings are bit convoluted, i suggest look up tutorials how to use it, but once you learn, it feels as natural as taking a piss. 🙂
