Hello my name is jack21 or Rion on steam. Does anybody want to team up to create a game using Godot Game Engine? I am interested in making a 2D game similar to Shantae or Mega Man. Afterwards we could try to make a cool 3D game using Godot. I have a few ideas but I think it would be best to form a team of developers/artist/musicians to speed up development. I am also into God games Similar to Black and White 2. I want to create a spiritual succor to the game on Modern computers. Operating Systems I want to support include Mac, Linux of Windows. I am decent at art, I am also a Software Engineer with Bachelor Degree in IT. I am familiar with design patterns. My skills are in C++, GDScript, Python, Drawing and I can create Music on Piano and Guitar. I am good with Object Oriented Programming and I can implement design patterns if needed.

Project:
Pollen Quest

A 2d game that I created to help teach kids Geography. Students play as a bee that answers question by landing on followers. The player must avoid hornets while answer question. The game player like an Atari game so it runs until you die or you quit the game. Four Hornets gradually appear as the player progress in the game. Flower are generated randomly on the screen. I built thing game using Godot3.5. The game has a pause function, animation , sound for when you hit the flowers or get hit. I created this game in six months in GDScript.

I cant make the game publicly available because I built it for a client. I have to get her permission in order to show the game. Pollen Quest is mainly educational and for young kids so most gamers would not want to play it. I can tell you that I only have one major feature missing from the game and that saving the score and posting the number in my scoreboard scene. Pollen Quest taught me a lot but I am ready to move way beyond that game if I can get her permission I will post screen shots.
