Emojis:
When I click the emoji icon or write a : I only see a list of 🇦 to 🇬 . Is there are way to display all available emojis? Often I don't find the ones I'm looking for when typing and I don't know if they even exist.

Is it possible to have a preview for your text when posting a new discussion like we have when posting inside an existing discussion?
