Godot 4 tween interpolate_property?

I absolutely love this laser from a tutorial I cam across:

Tweens, however, work quite differently since 4.0 and the timestamp where he animates the laser appear / disappear using interpolate_property I can't figure out how to replicate in 4.0.

Any tips to animate the Line width with a Tween?
