3D import problem

Whenever I am importing any model from outside in Godot glb or gltf etc, it is coming completely broken. Please help, how can I fix it?

Where do you get the models? Can you post the original problem model?

It's not easy to find out from your screenshot. Did you export that from Blender? If you use modifiers, don't forget to select Apply Modifiers before exporting to glTF 2.0.

Fencer No, I downloaded it from different sites, none is working.

Could it be flipped normals? try a double sided shader just to see if it improves

If you import from Sketchfab, you'd better clean the hierarchy in Blender first

Also check the shader has no "Alpha Blend", "Alfa Hash" flag, you need to check "Blend Mode"

Tomcat I I downloaded the car model from Sketchfab and even downloaded a model from the link in the description of the YouTube video. I am facing the same problem in both.

Model dimensions in Blender: 0.896318 * 0.858422 * 1.56416 m. Seems pretty reasonable.

Here is a direct import of the unprocessed model into Godot:

It looks okay too. It looks okay too. The cube size is 1.0 * 1.0 * 1.0 m.

problem with the model is that it's HUGE!

like hundred meters high, you have to rescale it in Blender or try another format (.FBX)

Tomcat 😭 bro I tried importing obj and it is getting imported correctly. This problem is happening only in gltf and glb.
