Hello!
I am a hobbyist programmer with experience ranging from websites, discord bots, image/video manipulation and generative art. More importantly, i have been working on projects on the godot engine for 5 years.
Over the last 5 years i have worked on a lot of small games and game-system prototypes to expand my skill set. I mostly work in 2D, but i do have some experience in 3D as well.
These are the things i have had the most experience with(although i can adapt and work on a lot of other stuff as well):
- Godot High-level multiplayer API
- Multiplayer using Nakama
- Procedural world generation
- Shaders(both for just "visual flair" and more practical things, like a custom tilemap renderer with automatic edge smoothing/blending, or simulating millions of interactive objects like foliage and ants)
- Inventory and crafting systems
- AI and path finding
- Optimizing with multi-threading, compute shaders and multimesh.
Most of the stuff i have worked on is unfinished, as when i finished one system i would start a new project to work on a different system in a different setting.
