I'm still in early development but I have tried porting to android before with little success. It was personally, the most frustrating aspect of development. Which eventually led me to scrap that project and begin to rebuild it from the ground up a year later. And that brings me to the present, I am not good at porting, and my project is already complex enough for a team of experienced game designers working on it every day. I however, work a full-time job, and continue to construct it in my off days.
That is why I would like to outsource the porting process, entirely.
