Seems pretty good to me. But the leaves look kind of flat. Maybe you should put another layer (but more sparse, just with some leaves) that way it looks more 3D.

I was thinking more about where the branches emerge from the trunk, but this is a signioficant improvement too and would likely have been my next point of critique.

Another thing is, while I have a hard time identifying scale without a comparison point in the scene it feels like the trunk and main branches are perhaps too thick considering how short the tree seems to be.
