If there's one thing that I've learned about the AI guys is in marketing especially they grossly exaggerate it's capabilities the majority of the time. Do you know why? They want those sweet, sweet government contracts and they think it will net them some job building military drones or some kind of surveillance software. I don't even know if I particularly like calling this kind of code AI to begin with because of the implications involved. By the way, there will also never be any kind of 'accurate' political simulator and do you know why? Ironically it will be because of politics, everyone has their biases and the programmers I've seen that have attempted some kind of political game always skew in favour of one direction or the other as a 'success' variable.
No one on the right or the left actually examines what is a successful society based on real quantifiable variables because they have their heads so far up their own arses due to ego, it will never happen.
