I'm currently getting the following on https://godotengine.org/

Website under maintenance

The website is being currently down due to a hardware failure from the hosting provider. In the meantime, use these links: Downloads All downloads on TuxFamily (mirror on GitHub Releases) Links didn't copy correctly.

Is there more information available? Any assistance the community can provide to prevent this from happening in the future?

Yes. So the main Godot site and sub-sites are hosted on TuxFamily. Unfortunately there was a big hard drive failure earlier today that knocked a out a bunch of drives. They are working on replacing them, but it could take several hours and I think the people that maintain the Godot website went to sleep in their timezone. So we will probably have to wait until tomorrow. But the issue is known, it was not security related AFAIK, and will be resolved shortly.

The issue has been resolved and the website it back up.

5 months later

Website is currently down. Is there anything the community can do to help?

I guess Unity is not happy about the upcoming Godot 4.0 beta...

duane I thought most of the unity developers were thinking of switching. 🙂

Yes, which is why the company would be upset.
