Relatively simple game app idea - need someone to develop for $$

Hey,

Throughout the years, my family and I have been playing a pencil-and-paper word-creating game to kill time. The game is within a 5x5 table (sort of like Wordle, but not at all), and I thought it would be an interesting idea to incorporate that into an iOS/Android app, so we would be able to play wherever we are in the world, maybe others as well if it is enjoyable.

I don't believe it is a complex game to create at all, but would rather have someone with experience create it for me quicker than I might. It should be a simple game to make, though I'm hoping to discuss and agree on reasonable payment after further explanation of the game content.
