Hello! I am following a series of video tutorials from Ombarus on root motion
However, when I have exactly the same code as his, my root motion animation looks a bit strange. The character walk really slow and the animation looks off, although it looks fine in the rootmotionview and in blender

Check if the root motion's process mode is set to Physics instead of Idle. Otherwise, movement will depend on the FPS rendered by your own machine (which can vary, especially if V-Sync is disabled in the project settings).
