Hello, I am from Bangladesh. I've tried to download Godot Engine from official website. I tried to download from various devices. It took almost 25 minutes but still I could not be able to download the software. Then I tried to download it with a proxy server. Surprisingly, this time it took only two minutes. It's a very big problem for Godot Community and people. I therefore, hope that Godot Community will pay attention to it.

Godot being open source, if you or someone you know is willing to mirror it on a local server to you, I'm sure everyone would be fine with it.

Just a note: The Godot forums are not officially supported by the Godot team and we do not really have any influence over the official website or its downloads. That's not to say there is anything wrong with the post or anything, I just wanted to point out that on the forums, we cannot really do anything about it one way or another. Nothing wrong with raising awareness though!

I'm not sure if GitHub has servers in (or near) Bangladesh, but if they do, another potentially viable route could be compiling Godot from source, since the Godot source code is hosted on GitHub. Since GitHub has larger resources and server capacity, it might be faster than downloading Godot source from the official website (not counting the time it takes to compile).

However, mirroring the downloads, would be a more user-friendly way to provide Godot builds

Also, you can download Godot through Steam. Could be another option.

Really? I didn't really know that this is an unofficial forum of Godot Engine. This site looks so nice as if it is Godot's official forum.
