Hey Every one, I was doing some research on trade mark infringement as I would eventually like to release my work commercially.
I was using the U.S. based trade mark search here:

I'm sure there's something different for E.U. I looked at the link below for an answer about concatenating trade marked terms together.

My concern is that I might need to rename my Empire 40k Rogue like. I don't want legal entanglement with Games Work Shop down the road. I hear they are very litigious. I had the domain empire40k.com all ready as my traffic exchange portal. Since that entity is completely unrelated to any of Games Workshops entities use cases, I'm thinking I'm ok with that as Empire 40k traffic exchange portal. Yet, with a fantasy RPG like game using the same name would i get into any trouble down the road after it was monetized? I'm not really sure myself. I don't know if I should just change the name now and start doing SEO on that?
