Which version of Godot are you using?
In Godot 3.1, the majority of the errors point to this line in the source code, which is for unbinding a OpenGL array. The last error seems to be related to generating cube maps.
Looking at the errors, I would first see if updating your graphics drivers helps, as that is the most likely candidate given the most common error seems to be on a line that directly deals with OpenGL.
