GarromOrcShaman There is plugin to export from blender directly to godot but rotation is broken, spamming log with errors. I created issue here but neither me or author of plugin knows how to fix it. aztecsensei have u tried the better collada exporter? this new exporter is cool but its work in progress needs lots of work. can u post a video of ur model problem?

Yeah, Better collada exporter works. All information are in issue. I had conversation with author of plugin and I don't have files I posted there anymore. There is even video of how it looks.
