A way to shorten the time my rigidbody goes to sleep?

My 20-sided die gives to the label the result when the die is asleep. The question is, can I shorten the time the die goes to sleep? As you see, when the rigidbody seems to stop moving, it takes a little while unitill it goes to sleep, which I don't like. Any ideas to handle this? Thanks!

Well, you could try the idea posted in the comment of the answer in this QA answer.

Using the idea from the QA above, you could try detecting whether or not the dice is moving or not by getting the length of the velocity (and/or the angular velocity). Then you could check to see if the length of the velocity is under a certain number (say 0.1 for example) and if it is put the dice to sleep and/or do your calculations.

Looked to me like there was still some small bouncing/stuttering going on, so maybe dampen the motion/make die heavier etc. Might be just video compression though.

Nope. I've put all bounces to 0 and make the die heavier and the delay still happens. I will try what TwistedTwigleg suggested. Thanks.

The Project Settings offer a few ways to tweak how 2D RigidBodies should sleep. Try increasing the values of:

Physics → 2d → Sleep Threshold Linear
Physics → 2d → Sleep Threshold Angular
Physics → 2d → Time Before Sleep

But my die is 3d :/
