Not that I know of any focused on developing Godot projects from scratch. But I can tell you that you should supply more info for someone to be able to answer. For starters where are you located? Typically ODC's are chosen for cheaper development costs. Without knowing where you are from it can be harder to determine what might be a reasonable suggestion.
