Easier way to navigate the 3D window?

Is there an easier way to navigate the 3D window when placing objects. Something "Blender'esqe" maybe. Specifically, like in Blender, hitting the period (.) on numpad to zoom into an object.

Is there a hotkey reference anywhere?

You can focus on the select node by pressing the F key (just like pressing . in Blender).

While there is no reference anywhere (that I know of), you can find most of the short cuts through shotcuts list in the editor settings.

Also, there are properties in the editor settings to change the viewport navigation keys and interaction style.
