Greets!
Comin to Godot for a long thought, dreamed, game of adventure/rpg. I've no experience in development or script, but I'm learnin my way, step by step, and I'll need your advices, instructions and tips.
The game will be some kind of 2D graphical mud, with characters evolvin and survivin in an harsh environment, with a focus on socials. Added to the classical quests and role-playin, set on a non-so classical setin, there will be a race occurin cyclicly to the top of the Pilar, a huge mountain, where gems of creation are seeded.
So far I managed the introduction, with a few scenes for the character creation, but I lack the knowledge of allocatin and recordin the character stats. I saw that I'll have to make a singleton scene, but what's the kind for an rpg character? How should I build it, with what kind of scripts?
I'd gladly browse through projects of rpg/adventure to learn the mechanisms needed, so if you have some, and are willin to share, I'm here! :) Mine is open for anyone needin that sort of instruction.
Here are some the screens created:

Fun!
