Hello :-)
So I've spent lots of time the last few days to figure out how the workflow would work but each option doesn't achieve the 100% and has major flaws... maybe I am getting it wrong or is it just too early to expect a fully functional import-export workflow between godot and blender?
Any clues or ideas are appreciated. If you want to try it out yourself, you can find the blender file on OpenGameArt (use the link above). BTW: I tried other meshes as well - but none ex- and imported correctly...

Hi there,
Your tree is made of two objects, select both in Blender and export with "Better Collada" with the same settings as the picture below.
Godot will import it as a model and two white materials.
You'll have to create two materials to get textures on the tree like below.

One material is transparent, check "transparent" Flag on , and choose Roughness 0.8 for example.

I tried GLFT 2.0 and Godot crashes. Notice GLFT source update was two months ago.
