Got HTML5 Export Working, But Need Help With Android Export

Hi,

We have HTML5 export working and it does run with excellent performance. The setup for Android export however is a little more complicated. We are running Godot IDE on Linux & downloaded Android SDK Command Line Tools for Linux.

What exactly do we do now to setup Godot IDE to export to Android platform? Perhaps there is a simple step-by-step tutorial somewhere? Any help would be appreciated...

Ok, we found below instructions: http://docs.godotengine.org/en/3.0/getting_started/workflow/export/exporting_for_android.html But we are still confused. For the Android SDK Tools what exactly must we type in console to set that up properly? Thanks!

Hi,

Ok, we almost have Android export working....

When I press [Export Project] I get the following error: Load Errors 'jarsigner' returned with error #1 Error Export templates for this platform are missing/corrupted: Android

Any idea what we are doing wrong? Thanks!

Ok, we got it working, thanks! (keystore user name was incorrect)

To install we used: sudo ./sdkmanager "platform-tools" "platforms;android-23" (this is on Linux)
