Offer to translate documentation into Spanish.

Hi! I was not sure what was the best way to get this message to the staff, so I ended up writing in this forum.

Now with the 3.0 release, I think it may be helpful to have the documentation translated to one of the most talked languages around the world. I don't know if there is any ongoing project.

I'm here offering my self (for free) to start the job. This would be a non profesional job, but well done, iterpreting the texts, keeping the keywords in English, explaining them if necessary. I don't have problems with the language even though my native is Spanish and I would be very happy to do it, but I don't want to rush to do it without knowing if you would be satisfied with a job done by this way.

I would suggest opening a Github issue on the documentation repository, found here. The developers will more likely see your offer there (and they'll be better able to help you if you have questions :smile: ).
