Sprite3d in Godot 3

It appears there is no longer the option Billboard or Billboard_Y?

Has it been moved?

I see Axis but that's pretty worthless for billboard/impostors (unless you camera never rotates).

You need to set a Material Override to create a Billboarded Sprite3D. See below:
