3D Terrain and Texture

im new to this game engine I want to be able to make games with good graphics full 3D i know its a new game engine i will like to be able to modify or make my own terrain

Do you mean (semi-)procedurally generated terrain or height-map terrain?

You need to make your terrain in an external editor...a lot of us use blender, or you can create it as stated above...procedurally(code)....there is a terrain editor in the downloadable assets from their site. https://godotengine.org/asset-library/asset/4
