I liked it, and you could use this as a template for different situations- some of the questions put me in mind of old student truth or dare/ spin the bottle games (maybe not the oral sex ones- we weren't that publicly adventurous...)
Some things:
the full screen didn't work for me (it stays the same size but fills the rest of my screen with a different colour,
the main graphic texture's really effective but the rest of the screen is fairly sterile- a good font goes a long way. A background texture and your own custom buttons might help too,
I wasn't sure what the numbers meant, or why there needed to be separate dare and done buttons (do they tally up how many tasks were completed? maybe you could go further and give the man and woman scores for completed tasks),
The questions/ tasks sometimes repeated and varied quite amazingly. I think asking her favourite colour was followed by fingered his arsehole at one point! You could maybe introduce categories or something?
