Hi all, I can import .wav files that I downloaded from somewhere, but if I edit them in Audacity and then export them, they can't be imported. Or rather, they are imported, but as silence. Does anyone ele use Audacity and can recommend some export settings. Alternatively, suggest some other audio editing software or tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks/

Edit: Can't remove question, but it seems like exporting as 16-bit WAV instead of 32-bit solves the isuue.

I use Audacity and just export with the default .wav setting, just clicking "Export Audio..." and "Save". No problems. You shouldn't need to Import them into godot, just drop them in the right folder and add them to your sample player.

Thank you for your response. I've tried that as well, but the samples that can't be imported don't work that way either. Exporting in 16-bit instead of 32-bit seems to work, but I have only tested one sample so far.

I had the same issue and can confirm that it only works exporting in 16-bit.
