This happens after i use godot after for a while. can anyone help stop this.

Looks like a bug, possibly specific to your video card. I'd report it to the tracker.
@CrypticDev - Welcome to the forums! As Megalomaniak said, this looks like a bug. In particular, it looks like the bug is related to the OpenGL window not clearing properly, leading to overdraw with the previously drawn pixels. I would suggest updating your graphics drivers, if you have not already.
If a graphics driver update does not fix the issue, then I would suggest making a bug on the Godot GitHub repository.
