what is _load_data: Condition "!f" is true. Returned: ERR_CANT_OPEN <C++ Source> and how to fix?

I moved a scene to another project, when I did that:
E 0:00:04.553 _load_data: Condition "!f" is true. Returned: ERR_CANT_OPEN <C++ Source> scene/resources/texture.cpp:502 @ _load_data()
started showing up in the error log, nothing seems to be broken, and i've tired deleting and replacing all the textures as well as just restarting, but it doesn't seem to fix it. How do i resolve it?

    I fixed it by deleting the scene that resulted in an error and then adding it back in followed by running it separately from the main scene before running it once more in the main scene.
