Audio stutter web export

i am having some problemns with audio stuttering on i3 laptop's and medium hardware phones.
i tested a simple project with only one screen playng a music in loop, when i move my mouse the music stutter badly

But our build versions in another engines seams to be working properly on the same devices, and only the Godot builds are stuttering.
We thought Godot 3.2.3 rc1, Godot 3.2.3 rc2, Godot 3.2.3 rc3 would come with a solution for this stuttering with the update in output latency for web, but it didn't do the trick for us.

    It's specific only to the webexports on those devices? It might be a bug that needs to be reported to the tracker though I'd first see if any of the advice on this documentation page doesn't help:

    this audio problem only occurs in webexport, frequently on any medium hardware device such laptops and desktops from dual core processors with 2gb memory to i5 processors with 4gb memory.

    i'ts not related to bad optimization on project because this problem can be replicate using am empty project with a single audio buffer and music playng on background in a single node

    if you move the mouse or have some animation playng the audio get worse, i think this is not related to performance because has no fps drop on gameplay, just the audio become stutter and laggy

    Well, according to @Calinou posting on the issue it seems to be a known problem with the workaround being to increase the buffer length.
