Help me decide on the node structure for my game
my game consists of 2 different phases. The battle preparation and the battle. Battle preparation consists of setting your strategy, while the battle consists of watching the results of your strategy. The player does not interact with the battle phase, only watches animations play out. Would you guys recommend I switch the root node back and forth between these two phases, or just put the battle phase on top of the preparation phase and keep the preparation phase node active the whole time? what would be the pros and cons of each choice?
