How to tighten the development loop with Oculus Quest?

I recently got the Oculus Quest to develop on with Godot. I got the demo in the tutorials up and running. (exciting!)

However, the step where I click the Android button to compile, package up an APK, and send it over to the Quest takes a good long while (~45 secs). I fear it will get longer as I keep building on it.

Is there any way to tighten the REPL loop for developing on the Quest w/ Godot? Is there a way to run the app on the computer and stream the images to the HMD, and the HMD and controllers communicate the positions back over the link?
