Add_child on Path2D question

Im making a tower defense game and there is a Path2D node which the enemies should follow. I want them to spawn on a certain place but they just spawn on top of the first enemy instead of spawning at the beginning. Is there anyway to make sure that they spawn at the beginning of the path?

    There's this trick you can use with the PathFollow2D node. By setting its offset along a path, you can create an enemy and set their location to the global position of that node.
